Bilingual CPA Serving Hialeah
Hard-working businesses built Hialeah, we make sure the books and the taxes work as hard as you do.
Few cities in America out-work Hialeah. Along the Palm Springs Mile and the industrial blocks off Okeechobee Road, family-owned machine shops, fabricators, trucking yards, auto businesses and construction trades have been building generational livelihoods for decades. It is a city where the owner still opens the gate in the morning, and where a surprise tax bill or messy books can hit the family directly, not just the company.
Integris Accounting serves Hialeah the way the city prefers to do business: directly, bilingually and without pretension. We clean up and maintain bookkeeping in QuickBooks, prepare business and personal returns together so nothing falls between them, handle payroll and 1099s for crews, and represent owners when the IRS or the state comes asking. Twenty-plus years of experience means very little about your situation will surprise us.
The trades and industrial businesses that anchor Hialeah get punished hardest by reactive accounting, misclassified workers, missed sales tax on materials, depreciation left unclaimed on equipment. Year-round attention prevents those quiet losses. We check in on your numbers each quarter, keep estimated payments realistic as work ebbs and flows, and plan equipment purchases so Section 179 and bonus depreciation actually get used instead of wasted.

FAQ
CPA services in Hialeah, common questions
Do you work with construction and trade contractors in Hialeah?
All the time, plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, concrete crews and GCs make up a big part of the practice. We sort out the issues that trip up trades: subcontractor versus employee classification, sales tax on materials, licensing-related financials and equipment write-offs. Good books also make you more bankable when a bigger job needs bonding or financing.
My Hialeah shop has years of messy books. Can that be fixed?
Yes, and you won't be lectured about it. We do cleanup engagements regularly: reconstructing records from bank statements, reconciling accounts, amending returns when needed and setting up a simple QuickBooks system you or your staff can actually maintain. Most cleanups look worse from the inside than they turn out to be.
I got an IRS letter about payroll taxes for my Hialeah business. Now what?
Don't ignore it and don't call the IRS unprepared, payroll tax issues carry personal liability for owners. Bring us the notice; we'll decode what the IRS is actually claiming, pull your transcripts, and respond or negotiate on your behalf. Most notices are resolvable, and quick, informed action keeps penalties from compounding.
Do trucking companies based in Hialeah need anything special at tax time?
Quite a bit. Between IFTA fuel reporting, Form 2290 heavy vehicle tax, per diem for drivers and depreciation schedules on tractors and trailers, trucking returns have their own rhythm. We keep those filings on calendar year-round so nothing lapses, and we structure driver pay correctly so a DOL or IRS audit finds order instead of chaos.
