North Miami Tax & Bookkeeping Services
From Biscayne Boulevard storefronts to NE 125th Street workshops, we keep North Miami's working businesses compliant and confident.
North Miami is a city of doers with a genuinely international soul, Haitian, Caribbean and Latin American entrepreneurs run restaurants, salons, repair shops, staffing agencies and trucking businesses along Biscayne Boulevard, West Dixie Highway and NE 125th Street, while FIU's Biscayne Bay campus and the MOCA arts district add students and creatives to the mix. Property investors have discovered the housing stock too, renovating duplexes and small multifamily buildings block by block.
Integris Accounting serves this whole spectrum. For operating businesses we deliver dependable bookkeeping, sales tax and payroll compliance, and business returns built on defensible numbers. For the growing class of North Miami landlords and flippers we manage property-level accounting, depreciation and dealer-versus-investor tax questions. And for anyone facing an IRS or state notice, we step in and handle the conversation directly.
Businesses running on tight cash flow can't afford penalty-and-interest leakage, yet that's exactly what reactive, once-a-year accounting produces. Our year-round rhythm keeps filings on time, estimates matched to actual income and records organized as you go. It's cheaper to stay compliant than to become compliant, and North Miami owners who make that switch feel it in the bank account quickly.

Getting to our office from North Miami
Pick up I-95 South at NW 125th Street and drive about ten miles to where the interstate ends and flows into US-1 South. Stay on US-1 through Coconut Grove's edge into Coral Gables, then turn right on Ponce de Leon Blvd near the Douglas Road Metrorail station. Look for the 4000 Ponce tower next to the Shops at Merrick Park.
The building garage has visitor spaces and Ponce has meters out front, or skip the drive and we'll handle your questions over a video call.
By appointment only, our Coral Gables office isn't set up for walk-ins, so most North Miami clients meet us by video.

FAQ
CPA services in North Miami, common questions
I'm renovating duplexes in North Miami. Am I an investor or a dealer for tax purposes?
It's a crucial distinction. Investors get capital gains rates and depreciation; dealers pay ordinary income and self-employment tax on flips. Your intent, holding periods and sales frequency decide it, and structure can help when you do both. We'll classify each project correctly and plan the next ones deliberately.
Do you work with Haitian and Caribbean business owners in North Miami?
We're proud to. Our practice is built for South Florida's international entrepreneurs, clear explanations without jargon, patience with cross-border family and remittance questions, and judgment-free help formalizing a business that started informally. Everyone deserves a CPA who explains the rules before enforcing the paperwork.
My staffing agency runs weekly payroll for 20+ people. Can you manage it?
Yes, through our ADP partnership we run high-frequency payroll with correct overtime, garnishment and new-hire reporting. Staffing companies also face acute worker-classification risk, so we'll review your contractor arrangements honestly. One reclassification audit costs more than a decade of doing payroll right.
The state says I owe sales tax from three years ago. Can you help?
Yes, don't sign anything or agree to numbers before we look. We'll reconstruct what was actually owed, contest inflated estimates the state produces when returns are missing, and negotiate payment terms if a balance is real. Department of Revenue assessments are frequently overstated; an informed response usually shrinks them.
What do you need from me to give a fee quote?
About fifteen minutes and last year's tax return. We'll ask about your revenue, transaction volume, payroll and what's keeping you up at night, then quote a fixed engagement, no hourly meter running on phone calls. If your needs are simpler than you feared, we'll say so and quote less.
