Business Tax Preparation Done Right
A business return should be the summary of a year of good decisions, not an annual gamble.
A business tax return touches everything: your entity structure, your payroll, your equipment purchases, your owner compensation, and your exposure if the IRS ever looks closer. When it is rushed through by a preparer who sees your file once a year, deductions get missed, elections go unconsidered, and errors ride along quietly until they cost real money. For growing South Florida companies, the gap between adequate and excellent preparation is often measured in thousands.
At Integris Accounting, business returns are prepared by professionals who understand the operating side of the industries we serve. Edgar Gomez holds a Master of Science in Taxation and spent his early career in Big Four practice, and that depth shows in the questions we ask before we file: whether your depreciation strategy still fits, whether owner compensation is structured sensibly, whether the qualified business income deduction is being fully used. Every return is reviewed, documented, and delivered through our secure portal.
Who this is for
We prepare business returns for construction contractors, trucking and logistics companies, wholesale distributors, medical and dental practices, law firms, real estate investors, and agencies across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The service delivers the most value for companies with meaningful revenue, multiple owners, equipment-heavy operations, or activity in more than one state, where preparation quality genuinely changes the outcome.
Why clients choose this
- Every legitimate deduction identified and supported
- Filings done on time, every time
- Reduced audit exposure through defensible positions
- Coordination between business and personal returns

What you get
Entity returns of every type
We prepare S-corporation, partnership, C-corporation, and single-member LLC filings, including multi-state returns for companies operating beyond Florida.
Deduction and credit review
Before filing, we walk your file against a checklist covering depreciation, Section 179 expensing, vehicle and equipment costs, and credits relevant to your industry.
Owner compensation analysis
For S-corporation owners, we evaluate whether salary levels are reasonable and tax-efficient, one of the most scrutinized items on small business returns.
QBI deduction optimization
We analyze how the qualified business income deduction applies to your situation and flag structural changes that could improve it in future years.
Prior-year return review
New clients get a look back at recent filings. Where we find missed items worth pursuing, we discuss whether amending makes sense.
Audit-ready documentation
Positions taken on your return are supported in the file, so if questions come later, the answers already exist.

Filing and follow-through
Returns are e-filed, confirmations are saved to your portal, and estimated payment schedules are set for the year ahead.
FAQ
Business Tax Preparation, common questions
What should we bring to a first tax appointment?
Your prior two years of returns, current financial statements, and access to your bookkeeping file if one exists. The prior returns matter most: reviewing them tells us how well positions were taken historically and whether anything worth amending is sitting on the table.
Can you handle multi-state filings?
Yes. Many of our transportation, distribution, and e-commerce clients have filing obligations in several states. We determine where you have nexus, prepare the required state returns, and structure apportionment properly so you are neither overpaying nor accumulating silent exposure.
Our books are a mess. Will that delay filing?
It can, which is why we assess your records early. If cleanup is needed, we quote it as a defined project and, when deadlines are close, file an extension to buy time for accuracy. An extension changes nothing about what you owe; filing on bad numbers does.
Do you just file, or do you also plan?
Preparation and planning are separate disciplines, and we offer both. The return reports the past; planning shapes the future. Every business preparation engagement includes forward-looking notes, and clients who want structured strategy typically add our tax planning service alongside it.
