Privacy Policy

Effective date: to be set at launch. This is a standard template that should be reviewed by the firm before publication.

Information we collect

When you contact us or become a client, we collect information you provide directly: your name, contact details, business information, and, within an engagement, financial and tax records necessary to perform our services. Our website collects standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) through server logs and any analytics you enable.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide accounting, tax, and advisory services; to communicate with you; to meet legal and professional obligations; and to improve this website. As a CPA firm, we are bound by professional confidentiality standards, including IRC §7216 restrictions on the use and disclosure of tax return information.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share client tax information with third parties except as required to perform services you have authorized (for example, e-filing or payroll processing), or as required by law.

Security

Client documents are exchanged through an encrypted TaxDome portal with two-factor authentication rather than email. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use cookies for basic functionality and anonymized analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the site's content.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to record-retention rules that govern CPA firms) by contacting us.
