CPA Services for Palmetto Bay
A village of business owners who commute nowhere, and still need big-firm tax thinking close to home.
Palmetto Bay wears its nickname, the Village of Parks, honestly, but green space is only half the story. The village is thick with owner-operated businesses: contractors and landscape companies serving the estate properties off Old Cutler, consultants and professionals working from home offices, and a growing commercial pocket around the Franjo Triangle that village leadership has worked hard to cultivate. Prosperity here is built by hand, one business at a time.
Integris Accounting is the steady financial partner behind businesses like these. We maintain the books monthly so you always know where you stand, prepare business and personal returns as one coordinated engagement, run payroll for your crew, and step into an advisory seat when it's time to price bigger jobs, buy equipment or bring a family member into the company. One senior CPA, reachable by phone, who already knows your story.
Owner-operators feel tax mistakes personally, there's no corporate buffer between the business and the family budget. That's why year-round attention matters more in Palmetto Bay than almost anywhere: estimated payments that track actual earnings, deductions captured while receipts still exist, and entity structures reviewed as the business grows. We keep the plan current so April never dents the household.

Getting to our office from Palmetto Bay
From Palmetto Bay, follow US-1 north for roughly eight miles through Pinecrest and South Miami into Coral Gables, then turn left on Ponce de Leon Blvd just past the Douglas Road station. Prefer the scenic route? Old Cutler Road north to Cocoplum Circle, up Le Jeune, right on Bird Road, then right on Ponce also lands you at our door.
Visitors park in the tower garage or at meters out front, and when the school run makes a trip impractical we'll gladly switch to video.
By appointment only, our Coral Gables office isn't set up for walk-ins, so most Palmetto Bay clients meet us by video.

FAQ
CPA services in Palmetto Bay, common questions
Do you work with landscaping and pool companies around Palmetto Bay?
Yes, outdoor trades serving the Old Cutler estates are a natural client base for us. We handle crew payroll and 1099 questions, equipment and truck depreciation, seasonal cash-flow planning and the sales tax quirks of service-plus-materials billing. Clean numbers also help when you're ready to add a second crew.
I run a consulting business from my Palmetto Bay home. What can I actually deduct?
More than most home-based owners claim, and less than internet forums promise. Legitimate deductions include a properly calculated home office, business-use vehicle costs, equipment, software, retirement contributions and health insurance in many cases. We document each one so it survives scrutiny, aggressive guessing is how small deductions become expensive audits.
What's the benefit of monthly bookkeeping versus a year-end cleanup?
Monthly books turn your accounting from archaeology into navigation. You see margin problems while they're fixable, tax projections use real numbers instead of estimates, and financing applications don't stall for weeks of reconstruction. For most Palmetto Bay businesses the monthly cost is modest compared to one missed deduction or one bad pricing decision.
Can you help us bring our daughter into the family business properly?
Gladly, family transitions are some of our favorite engagements. We'll structure her compensation and ownership path, review how the entity should evolve, and model the tax effects for both generations. Doing this deliberately over a few years beats an improvised handover every time, and it keeps Thanksgiving dinner friendly.
Do Palmetto Bay clients need to visit your office often?
Almost never, unless you want to. Our TaxDome portal moves documents and signatures securely, video calls cover most planning sessions, and phone access to Edgar is part of the deal. When an in-person meeting helps, a big sale, a tough IRS matter, Coral Gables is twenty minutes up the road.
