Payroll That Never Misses
Employees notice payroll only when it goes wrong. So does the IRS.
Payroll is unforgiving. Late deposits draw automatic penalties, misclassified workers create liability that compounds silently, and a single missed quarterly filing can trigger notices for months. Owners who run payroll off a spreadsheet, or who bought software and hoped, carry risk they usually discover only when the penalty letter arrives. Meanwhile the big payroll processors will run your numbers, but nobody there is thinking about how payroll connects to your entity structure and tax plan.
Integris Accounting delivers payroll through our ADP partnership with something the processors cannot offer: a CPA in the loop. We set up your payroll correctly from the start, keep withholdings and filings on schedule, and coordinate officer compensation with your tax strategy, since for S-corporation owners those two things are inseparable. When a question crosses from payroll into tax, and it always eventually does, the same firm already has the answer.
Who this is for
Our payroll clients span construction and trade contractors managing crews, transportation companies with drivers, medical and dental offices with clinical staff, law firms, and distributors across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. The service fits especially well for S-corporation owners whose own compensation carries tax consequences, and for any employer who has already collected a penalty notice and wants to make it the last one.
Why clients choose this
- Zero missed deposits or filing deadlines
- Penalty exposure engineered out of the process
- Classification decisions made defensibly
- Payroll aligned with your overall tax strategy
- Owners freed from a recurring administrative burden

FAQ
Payroll Services, common questions
Why run payroll through a CPA firm instead of a payroll company?
Processors execute transactions; they do not advise. Officer compensation, worker classification, and the interaction between payroll and your entity election are tax questions, and getting them wrong is expensive. With our ADP partnership you get institutional-grade processing plus a team that owns the strategy layer above it.
Can you fix payroll problems from before we hired you?
Usually, yes. We can address missed filings, respond to penalty notices, pursue abatement where reasonable cause exists, and correct misclassifications going forward. The first step is a candid review of where things stand, because payroll problems shrink when addressed early and grow when ignored.
How do you handle 1099 contractors?
We track contractor payments through the year, collect W-9 information up front rather than in a January panic, and issue 1099 forms on deadline. Just as important, we evaluate whether each contractor relationship genuinely qualifies as one, before an agency makes that determination for you.
What happens when we hire in another state?
Remote and multi-state hiring creates registration and withholding obligations in the employee's state. We identify what each new state requires, get the registrations in place, and configure payroll accordingly, so growth beyond Florida does not quietly create compliance debt.
