CPA Services in Miami, Florida

A year-round accounting partner for Miami businesses that move too fast for a tax-season-only CPA.

Miami runs on hustle. Cranes over Brickell, cargo moving through PortMiami, creative shops filling Wynwood lofts, medical offices lining the Health District, this is one of the most entrepreneurial cities in America, and most of it is built on small business. Competition here is real, margins get squeezed, and the owners who pull ahead are usually the ones who treat their numbers as a tool rather than an afterthought.

Integris Accounting works with Miami contractors, logistics operators, medical practices, law firms and agency owners from our office just down US-1 in Coral Gables. Edgar Gomez, CPA, MST, MBA brings 20+ years of experience, a Big Four background and full fluency in English and Spanish. Whether you need clean monthly bookkeeping, a smarter entity structure, payroll that runs itself or a fractional CFO who can read a job-cost report, the firm handles it under one roof.

In a market this fast, filing in April and disappearing until next year is not enough. Quarterly estimates drift, sales tax obligations pile up, and a growing crew or fleet changes your tax picture mid-year. We stay engaged all twelve months, reviewing your numbers, flagging planning moves before deadlines pass, and keeping everything organized in our TaxDome client portal so nothing gets lost between Flagler Street and tax day.

Getting to our office from Miami

From Downtown Miami or Brickell, take I-95 South until it ends and continues as US-1 South. Follow US-1 for about three miles into Coral Gables, then turn right onto Ponce de Leon Blvd near the Douglas Road Metrorail station. Our building at 4000 Ponce is on the left, beside the Shops at Merrick Park. Suite 470.

Covered garage parking and metered street spaces sit within a block of 4000 Ponce de Leon Blvd, and we happily run video meetings if crossing town is a hassle.

By appointment only, our Coral Gables office isn't set up for walk-ins, so most Miami clients meet us by video.

FAQ

CPA services in Miami, common questions

Do you work with construction companies in Miami?

Yes, contractors are one of our core specialties. We help Miami GCs and subcontractors with job costing, WIP schedules, sales tax on materials, 1099 subcontractor compliance and entity structuring. Construction cash flow is lumpy by nature, so we build tax plans around draw schedules and retainage instead of pretending your income arrives in twelve even slices.

Can you help a new Brickell business choose between an LLC and an S corporation?

Absolutely. Entity choice affects self-employment tax, liability, payroll requirements and how investors view you. We run the numbers on your projected profit, walk you through the trade-offs in plain English, handle the S election paperwork if it makes sense, and set up payroll so the structure actually holds up under IRS scrutiny.

I live in Miami but travel constantly. Can everything be handled remotely?

Yes. Our TaxDome portal lets you upload documents from your phone, e-sign returns and message us securely from anywhere. Many Miami clients only visit the Coral Gables office once a year, some never do. Video calls work for planning sessions, and your deadlines get tracked whether you are on Flagler Street or in another hemisphere.

Do you prepare taxes in Spanish for Miami business owners?

We do. Edgar is fully bilingual, and plenty of our Miami clients prefer to talk through tax strategy, IRS letters and financial statements in Spanish. You get the same depth of planning either way, no translation layer, no details lost between you and the person actually signing your return.

What does a fractional CFO actually do for a Miami small business?

Think of it as senior financial leadership without the six-figure salary. We build cash-flow forecasts, set pricing and margin targets, prepare lender-ready financial statements and sit in on the decisions that keep owners up at night, hiring, equipment, expansion. It suits Miami businesses roughly in the one-to-ten-million revenue range that have outgrown bookkeeping alone.
